信用证不慎遗失的补救措施

　　信用证如果不慎遗失，受益人将无法凭正本押汇，可以以下几方面来采取措施补救：
　　1、登报声明已丢失的信用证作废。
　　2、向通知银行申请通告国内各外汇银行，要求各行注意不要接受凭原信用证议付。We have been notified by the beneficiaries of the captioned credit that the original instrument of the credit, advised by us, has been lost.You are, therefore, hereby requested to mark your records and take due notice of not effecting negotiation against the original ones.
　　3、向通知行申请补发影印本。通知行没有补发信用证的义务，但考虑受益人利益，并获其有关赔偿保证后，可以补发信用证影印本，在其上注明：“补发，未用余额不详”字样，盖上通知行印章。
　　4、要求开证行补发信用证。开证行无补发信用证的义务。为防止开出两张信用证出现重复押汇的情况，一般须由申请人出具赔偿保证方可考虑补发事宜。考试大编辑整理  ...
