 Fujian Guanfu Modern Co., Ltd was originated by Lin's Family (Lin Fuchun, Lin Wenchang, Lin Wenhong, Lin Wenzhi), then associated with Dehua nation-invested Co., Ltd, Dehua Qiucun Mining Co., Ltd, Fujian Huaxing Chuangye Investment Co., Ltd and other 7 companies. From the very beginning, Lin's hoped their company to become one of the biggest companies in this industry, which main in producing ceramic, together with research, sale and supply. In 2002, the company rebuilt from a family company to be the form of stock system international company. In September 2002, they finished the rebuilding work, and apply to make its stock come into the market, to finally realize both product and capital prosecution.
